This place is absolutely disgusting very high prices in the bagels are the size of the mini Thomass bagels where do you get a bagel that you have to pay to get it toasted and cream cheese it’s all a separate charge some guy ordered a burrito we saw them take it out of the freezer and throw it in the microwave like one of the ones you could find at a convenient store The place was not clean it should be shut down for health violations the floors look like they have not been cleaned in years

Delicious awesome bagels. The best food around. Everyone that works there treats you like you just ran over their dog but its so worth it. I just turned your dog to road kill can i please have a delicious bagel?

I work locally and always stop in to get a bagel before work! Not sure why this place gets a bad rap because the owners are nice and the younger gals that work there are sweet too. I’m nice so I get nice customer service in return! Best breakfast in town!

Good food, kind of high prices. Do not go here if you want to sit down for breakfast. The seating area is very cramped and stuffy.

If I could give them a negative star I would! My bagel was as hard as a rock( i thought they gave me a stale doggy bagel that they have the audacity to sell). $4.00 for a plain bagel with cream cheese outrageous! When I told the owner that I thought the price was high he said he needed to make a profit...more like a killing!!! Bad product + inflated price=No Customers!!!!!

For me this Mr. Bagels would be the standard as most Mr. Bagel are a good experience. But the thing about this Mr. Bagels as opposed to let's say the Mr. Bagels in Westbrook, their hours of operation seem odd and they're closed when you would think they would be open.

Good bagels but geeze what unhappy owners. Lack energy engagement and general customer service. Why have a shop if you don't like customers? Not many options in windham so do come back....however...

Well are experience was not good this morning. I ordered 3 bagels, 1 with Tofu veggie topping and 2 with Tofu raisin cinnamon. We were given the wrong topping which had dairy and walnuts in it. We are vegan and my husband is also lactose intolerant. He realized the topping was incorrect when he tasted a walnut which we know doesn't come in the tofu topping. I told the 3 girls behind the counter the item was made wrong and to please remake it. They said that I never mentioned Tofu raisin which I did since we have been there many many times. I wanted my money back and they didn't know how to credit my debit card so they gave me $4 back. Unfortunately my husband feels sick and this is untestable. The girls behind the counter need to pay attention to orders and not talk and ignore the customer. I am not happy!

I love Mr bagel. The bagels are awesome, this site has been here for a while, the one in Portland had been there as long as I've been alive I think and they're my favorite bagels in Portland.

Individually owned and operated by a nice family for as long as I can remember. Seniorita Burrito is also on the menu! Dairy free options I appreciate, great service and food and coffee. A few small tables to sit and eat or take it to go, you will love Mr Bagel in Windham.

I just bought 4 bagels yesterday and when I went to have some this morning I noticed there is a chunk of hair cooked into one of my bagels!!! So gross!!

Old lady (probably manager) absolutely refused to serve me sliced lox on my bagel because "hadn't sliced it yet". Lazy, rude waitstaff and honestly the worst bagels. Very stale, everything is dry.

Bagel are poor quality and small an English muffin is bigger than the bagel I got and I ask for it to be toasted and it was pressed on a panini press really people you wonder why people don’t go there and nasty attitude

I have lived in windham my whole life and didn’t know this gem existed till recently. That is my loss. This place is amazing! Even has vegan options!
